A Bradbourne House Wedding for Paige & Ed

I have finally had some downtime to catch up on my blogging- so who better to start with than the very lovely Paige & Ed.

Their beautiful wedding day crossed over both Surrey & Kent. With a very special ceremony at St Mary's Church, Oxted, followed by their reception at Bradboune House in Kent. It was the first time that I had photographed at either of these venues, which is always exciting for me. Arriving somewhere new often sparks a lot of creativity for us photographers, so it is never a bad thing that we haven't shot at a venue beforehand.

I was chuffed to be asked to photograph such a great day. I spent three years living opposite Paige's parents and a couple of doors down from her Grandparents.  So it was really lovely to be invited to document a beautiful occasion and celebrate with them! Even more hilariously Ed made a joke during his speech that in fact he was a extra to the real stars of the show- Paige and her mum Jane. To which her reply was "Thanks for tuning up Ed".  This banter was a constant throughout the day, which is one of the reasons I really do love this job. Being apart of family orientated occasions  that are full of people genuinely laughing and enjoying themselves is priceless.
